Learning is easy at the Glasshouse!

Head over to the Shop page and add the plants (aka items like courses, audits, etc) that you’d like to buy to your cart. Our site is built with WordPress and WooCommerce, which is a well-known platform for buying items. Card payments are processed through Stripe, which you’ve probably already used on tons of other sites! You’ll be able to download items as soon as the purchase is completed.

Courses and books usually come in PDF format, so once you’ve purchased your plant, you’ll be directed to a screen showing your payment receipt with a link to download the file. You’ll also receive an email with a link to the file – make sure you download it and keep it somewhere safe! You’re welcome to download the file as much as you need to, but please don’t share this link or document with anyone else, as per the terms of use.

If you’ve purchased something that isn’t downloadable (such as a blog critique), then you’ll receive an email to confirm payment, and within 48 hours, we’ll get in touch with you to make further arrangements. If for whatever reason you don’t hear from us, please get in contact or message us on Instagram. Make sure to include your order number (which you’ll find on your receipt)

How do you accept payment?

We accept payments via Stripe, so you can use any credit or debit card. Stripe is completely secure, and you’ve probably already made payments with a Stripe based website before (check out their customers page – some major brands on there!).

Will you accept Paypal?

We prefer not to use Paypal as we have seen friends have too many problems when selling products. If you really have no other way to pay, please get in contact, and we’ll work something out.

How can I access my product?

Once your payment has gone through (or if there’s no payment to be made), you’ll be taken to a screen which shows what you’ve purchased along with a link to download whatever you’ve purchased.

Can I look at my download more than once?

Of course! A link to the download will be emailed to you, so make sure that you save that download to make it easier in the future to refer back to. If you have any issues, please get in touch.

Help! I can’t download my PDF!
